Dr. Azhar was attached with Science University of Malaysia, Kubang Kerian as Consultant Psychiatrist from 1988 to 2001 cum lecturer in Psychiatry from 1988 to 1994, Head Department of Psychiatry form 1991 to 1994 and Associate Professor of Psychiatry form 1994 to 2001. In 2001, he's a Professor, Unit of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences and as Deputy Dean in Academic & Clinical, Faculty of Medicine with Putra University of Malaysia and as Senior Consultant Psychiatrist & Psychotherapist, UPM Clinic Kuala Lumpur. |
