Drs. Demajo Dental Clinics

Pasquale Demajo founded Drs. Demajo Dental Clinics in 1919. He travelled to Philadelphia (USA) in 1908 and learnt the trade of a dental technician and furthered his knowledge in the dental profession by assisting the high street dentists. On his return he was amongst the first registered Dentists in the Maltese islands.

30 years later, two of his children graduated in Dental Surgery at the Royal University of Malta. Together, both brothers established the first specialist dental clinic on the island.

in 2004 a second clinic was set up in Ta’ Xbiex and equipped with the latest state of the art dental equipment.

Today the group practice includes 4 fully qualified Dental Surgeons, 6 Dental Nurses, and 3 full time Dental Technologists.

The clinic set-up is especially designed to put all patients at ease. The ambience at the clinic is a friendly one. Demajo dental clinic takes pride in converting anxious patients to keep regular appointments. ‘Injection free’ treatments like Ozone therapy sterilizes teeth and prevents caries. Treatment under sedation is also an option either at the clinic with the help of an anaesthetist or at one of the local private hospitals.
