Tambre is an assisted reproduction centre located in the green and quiet neighbourhood of El Viso, in the heart of Madrid. Its founder, Dr. Pedro Caballero, started his project in 1978 and was part of the Interministerial Commission that drafted the first Assisted Reproduction Law in Spain. Over the years, Tambre has been characterised by its prestigious medical team, scientific development, the use of the most cutting-edge technology and, most importantly, its warm and caring approach. All patients agree that they have felt at home during their fertility treatment.

After Dr. Caballero's retirement, Inge Kormelink took over the clinic, maintaining the patient-centred philosophy and the continuous commitment to scientific progress, while bringing an innovative and international perspective. Having been a patient of assisted reproduction herself, Kormelink works with her team to help patients who come from other countries to make their dreams come true.

Tambre has a full staff of gynaecologists, nurses, biologists and a multicultural unit dedicated to Patient Care. One of Tambre's strengths is the multidisciplinary nature of its team. This means that patients can follow their treatment in full at our clinic without having to travel to other centres. The units and services that Tambre has at its disposal are:
