Breathing Space Thailand provides a safe, discreet & therapeutic environment for a maximum of 5 clients. Our effective, bespoke drug & alcohol rehabilitation programme enables you to overcome your addiction & develop new solution-focused strategies to remain abstinent from drugs and alcohol.

Client Plan

An individualised client treatment plan recognises each client is unique & that recovery is a process. Your assessment forms the basis of an agreed addiction rehabilitation plan.

Each week you attend:

• Three 1-2-1 therapy sessions
• Five group therapy sessions
• Two psycho-educational workshops Spa treatments
• Tai Chi (Chi Kung)
• Yoga Personal Training
• Nutrition Consultation
• 12 Step Meetings

Confedentiality

Your 12 Step drug & alcohol rehabilitation at Breathing Space Thailand remains confidential & no record of your treatment will be given to any third parties without your consent.

Aftercare

On completion of Breathing Space Thailand's 12 Step drug & alcohol rehabilitation programme we will provide you with 8 weeks aftercare included in your programme fee, with a therapist in your locality.

Accomodation

There are a maximum of 5 bed spaces at Breathing Space Thailand. Each client stays in their own spacious, air-conditioned luxurious Bali-style villa situated on & around water. Each villa has a shower, dressing room, separate toilet, & bedroom with queen size bed, steam room & Jacuzzi. Other amenities include TV, DVD & fridge.
