Gestational Surrogacy is absolutely legal in Ukraine for heterosexual officially married couples, who have medical indications. Surrogacy with Egg or Sperm Donation - is allowed but can be done under medical indications. All donors are anonymous. All the surrogate mothers are physically and psychologically healthy, without bad habits and have at least one healthy child. Once the couple is approved by our Doctor - we provide up to 2 candidates of Surrogate Mothers upon Patient’s request according to wishes and medical examination. Then, you can choose the best variant for you. We have no waiting list, all our candidates are ready to start Surrogacy Program immediately. For each candidate we propose, we are sure and calm. Usually all program takes about up to 12 months. Once the Program starts, the assigned coordinator helps the couple and the surrogate mother from the beginning to the end. Moreover, we have coordinators in our Department who provide 24/7 connection and support with Surrogate Mothers. So, whenever or whatever happens with Surrogate Mother - we will know immediately and do everything necessary to help. Our patients and surrogate mothers always have opportunity to connect with Medical Center Coordinator or doctor if there is an unplanned demand. Our lawyers will take care of the legal side accompanying you during Surrogacy program. We have more than 20 professionals in our International Department who provide complete coordination and support for each foreign Patient. We also provide complete legal coordination and support of Surrogacy and other IVF Programs. Clinic assists Patients in organization of rent the hotel room or apartments (near to clinic to avoid wasting of money and time for taxi). The Patient doesn't need to pay for this service from us, only the cost of rent at hotel/apartments should be payed. We also organize transfers from/to Airport, Hotel/Apartment and Clinic. |
