About	Major Positions Held: Doctor Veiga served the National Health and Occupational Safety Department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development as Consultant. From 2000 through 2001 she was in charge of the Biomedical Academicals Department of the Specialized University of the Americas in Panama. From 2001 through 2002, she was in charge of the Integral Rehabilitation School of the Specialized University of the Americas in Panama.
Education	Doctor Veiga received her diploma of Medical Doctor with honors at the Medical Sciences Superior Institute at the Havana University in Cuba in 1990. In 1993, she finished the first degree specialization in Internal Medicine at the Medical Surgical Investigations Center in Havana, Cuba. In 1999, she finished post graduated studies in higher superior education at the Latina University in Panama. In 2005 finished studies as Ozone therapist at the International Institute of Ozone Investigations in Havana, Cuba.
