Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, specialist in Nephrology and MD. Currently, she is Head of the Renal Transplant Unit at Fundació Puigvert and responsible for the Living Donor Kidney Transplant Program. |

Professional Experience
|
She has an extensive experience in the outpatient management of the elderly recipient and the suboptimal donor. Main collaborator of the Living Donor program (the largest living donor program in the country).
Main areas of work: Living Donor Kidney Transplantation and different methods of evaluating glomerular filtration in living donors.
Participant in multiple lines of clinical and healthcare research, especially those related to the suboptimal donor, the recurrence of post-transplant glomerulonephritis, post-transplant infections and the use and monitoring of the living donor as a generator of organs for transplantation. |
