She is very much involved in undergraduate and postgraduate surgical education and research and is a Clinical Lecturer with the National University of Singapore. Her current clinical interests include nocturia, the use of Botox in urology and voiding disorders and pelvic floor dysfunction. She continues to review articles for European Urology and the British Journal of Urology among others. |

She was one of two females in Singapore to be first accredited a specialist in Urology in 2001.
She further trained with Professor Chris Chapple in the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield, UK, subspecialising in lower urinary tract disorders, urodynamics and reconstructive urology.
She underwent a clinical fellowship in the world renowned Institute of Nephrology and Urology, Mansoura, Egypt, receiving advanced training in bladder cancer surgery and neobladders. |
