A rank holder from the Mysore Medical College, Dr. Komal has a special interest in the quality of healthcare from his postgraduate days at the Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli and Senior Residency at the prestigious Jawaharlal Institute for Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Pondicherry.
