What are Restylane Injections?
Restylane injections are used in the face for reducing wrinkles, particularly in the mouth and nose area, shaping and plumping lips and adding volume to cheeks, chin and forehead. Restylane is a gel made from hyaluronic acid, which attracts water in the skin to build volume and elasticity.

How are Restylane Injections carried out?
After identifying which locations to treat and how much Restylane to use, the doctor injects the Restylane beneath the skin using a fine needle.

How long will the Restylane Injections last?
The results from Restylane injections last around six months until the hyaluronic acid dissolves and is absorbed by the body.

Duration of procedure/surgery:
Restylane injections take less than 30 minutes to carry out. The length of time depends on the size of the area being treated.

Recovery:
