Born in the Netherlands Dr van Harmelen studied Medicine in Rotterdam and Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Utrecht. In the Netherlands he has worked in Gynaecology and Obstetrics at the St. Elisabeth Hospital in Tilburg, UMC Utrecht and the Gelre Hospitals in Apeldoorn.
Dr van Hermelen came to Spain in 2008 and has worked in various clinics as a gynaecologist, consultant obstetrician and surgeon along the Costa Blanca coast.
He joined the IVFSpain team in 2014. Dr van Harmelen is fluent in English, Dutch, German and Spanish. Working at IVF Spain since May 2014 he practices every aspect of the fertility procedures. |
