1963 – 1965 - Resident in the Department of Dermatology, Hadassah Medical Center.
1965 – 1966 - Postgraduate studies in France: Beaujon University Hospital, Paris, Department of Oral Diseases and Oral Surgery. Head, Prof. Lebourg, Paris. Postgraduate studies in General Cytology in the Department of Pathology (Prof. Sicar) under Dr. Colette Marsan, Beaujon Hospital, Salpetriere, Paris.
1975 – 1976 - Postgraduate studies and Sabbatical leave as visiting professor at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Department of Oral Medicine.
1966 - Appointed Lecturer in Oral Medicine and Oral Diagnosis, Faculty of Dental Medicine, Jerusalem.
1966 - Permanent Consultant in Oral Medicine in the Department of Dermatology, Hadassah Hospital, Jerusalem. Heading Clinic for Oral Medicine.
1966 – 1978 - Consultant for Oral Medicine. Hadassah Medical Center, Department of Internal Medicine.
1970 - Appointed Senior Lecturer in Oral Medicine, Oral Diagnosis and Radiology at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Jerusalem.
1985-1988 - Faculty representative to the Senate of the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
1986 - Three months Sabbatical leave, visiting professor at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Marburg, W. Germany. Delivered post-graduate course on topics of the modern Oral Medicine.
1988 - Three months Sabbatical leave, visiting professor at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Department of Oral Medicine and Oral Pathology, Boston, Mass., U.S.A. Delivering post-graduate course on topics in Oral Medicine.
