Saint James Hospital

The Saint James Hospital Group is a private healthcare organization offering a comprehensive range of medical services on the Maltese Islands. The hospital’s services include an array of laboratory services, outpatient services, ambulatory, surgical, heart and lung unit, maternity, and dialysis, among many others.

The group operates an 80 bed hospital in Sliema, and a 17 bed hospital in Zabbar. A cosmetic dermatology unit in Attard, called Transforma, also runs in affiliation with the group, as well as clinics in Mosta and Tripoli Libya. The hospital in Sliema has a dedicated clinic for ophthalmology services.

Private rooms of the hospitals are single, ensuite, and furnished with necessary amenities. Rooms are also air-conditioned and provided with a nurse-call system. Some rooms are capable of direct monitoring from the central monitoring system at the nurses’ station. Patient companions are provided assistance as well. WiFi connections are available too.
