CIMA Hospital - Overview

Hospital CIMA San José is a JCI accredited private hospital which began operations in 2000.
It has medical and surgical patient units, an intensive care unit, and a neonatal intensive care unit.

The hospital contains a large outpatient medical department, with a variety of advanced diagnostic and treatment services including chemotherapy and hemodialysis; a radiology department; an emergency department complete with a trauma room treatment stations, private exam and consultation rooms; and a fully equipped modern surgery department and recovery facility.

Hospital CIMA San Jose offers private accommodations to provide patients with a 5 star hotel comforts and atmosphere. 
Rooms are suited for overnight hospital stays; they all have private climate control, a bathroom area with a shower seat, a perfectly sized closet and a sofa bed, which can accommodate visitors during the day and turns into a comfortable place to stay overnight.
Each room contains a television with both local and international cable programming and a private telephone line. A high-speed internet system provides wireless connections to all rooms, public areas, and the restaurant.

Adjacent to the hospital is a medical office building, which houses the hospital's physical therapy facilities, a plastic surgery practice, a spa, and several retail services. The remaining space is occupied by private physician offices.
