The Atmosphere and the Personal Care

The clinic was built and designed to give you a relaxed and tranquil environment. The relaxed atmosphere reflects upon our customers and staff, and enables us to perform tranquil and pain-relieved dental care. The setting of the waiting room is inviting and comfortable. The customer is invited to freshen up with a soft drink or espresso, enjoy the homely feeling, the LCD screens and Internet access (possible even during treatment). Fresh, warm towels are offered as a refresher at the end of the treatment. Nitrous oxide is used to relieve fears in appropriate cases and during treatments for children.

The Medical Information

We would like our customers to become involved in their treatment plan decisions. In order to achieve this, a complete and comprehensive information guide regarding treatment options, especially regarding esthetic considerations and functional issues is given to all customers. We respect our customers’ preferences regarding esthetic, functional, personal and financial issues. We utilize advanced imaging and studying devices, like the intraoral camera, to better educate our patients (one picture is better than a thousand words…). Short films and animations will give a better understanding of some of the dental procedures and relieve the fear associated with the unknown. Understanding the treatment options enables you to make the right decisions.
